Come join us at the Salt Lake Community College Conference Center in Sandy, UT for a special night of remembrance where homecare and hospice providers will join the larger community for a free public event. Visit sponsored 6' memorial tables, enjoy multi-cultural artistic performances, and take-part in other activities with a concluding candle-light vigil.
