The Homecare and Hospice Association of Utah (a.k.a. HHAU) respects the privacy of its members and will not sell or otherwise distribute contact information or other sensitive information to 3rd parties who are not Community Partners of HHAU without first obtaining permission from our members and disclosing intent and purpose of the information to be shared. Any disclosure of information is with the intent of enhancing the benefits of HHAU membership and the services provided to our members.
In the course of business, HHAU will ask members for their contact information (e.g. phone number, email, contact person), payment information to process membership dues and other fees, and other information that members would like to have on their public and/or member profile page.
As a service to our valued Community Partners, comprised of businesses who serve the Homecare & Hospice industries, HHAU will make the names and contact information of the registrant or contact person for your agency, and of attendees to our educational events, available to those Community Partners unless your agency or individual attendees specifically request that we not share their information in this manner.
HHAU permits parties to disclose the personal contact information of members of their organization as part of the registration process for events, and to add a bundle member to the organization's membership. It is the responsibility of the organization to honor their own privacy policies during the HHAU registration and bundled membership process.
