Volunteer Coordinator Meeting

Typically held the 2nd Friday of each month at Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park 3401 S. Highland Drive, Salt Lake City, UT. The committee is made up of member Hospice Volunteer Coordinators who meet to share resources and ideas related to volunteer recruitment, training, and retention. Conference calling is available upon request prior to the meeting for those who are unable to attend in person.

Note from the Volunteer Coordinator Chair: “As hospice volunteer coordinators, your role is to communicate well, problem solve, be creative, flexible, and well organized. What better way to grow and enhance your skills than to meet with others who share your passion and day-to-day experiences? Whether you are a new Hospice Volunteer Coordinator or a seasoned veteran, our meetings offer motivation, education, and fresh ideas to help in your daily service to your patients and families. Come and join us, see what we are all about!” Tracy Ruiz: truiz@hospicespecialists.com; 385-290-5846
